Final Product Ownership and Use: You acknowledge that the final AI-enhanced video produced by us is our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final video for the purpose for which it was created (e.g., real estate listings, marketing, and promotion).

Furthermore, you agree that Panhandle AI Solutions may use short clips or excerpts of the final video in our own marketing materials, case studies, or on our website to showcase our work. If you do not wish for your video to be used for our promotional purposes, please notify us in writing.

4.1. Revision Policy

Upon the initial delivery of your final product, you are provided with a single revision period to ensure your complete satisfaction. We kindly request that you consolidate all feedback and revision requests into one comprehensive submission. We are committed to accommodating reasonable adjustments to the product; however, any further revisions beyond this single period are at our sole discretion. Once this revision period is complete and the updated version is provided, we will consider the product to be accepted and no further modifications will be made unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
